Chief Minister Shree Vijaybhai Rupani who inaugurated the new born Aan Honda Dealership of Rajkot on 11th Feb 2017. Being located at the Nana Mava Chowk, the best prime location gives us the advantage of acquiring world class sales & after sales service with a 3S facility that is set to standards laid down by HCIL to assure that both you and your car are nurtured by our trained personnel in the most efficient manner.

World class infrastructure, being a premium Honda car dealership to cater the varied needs of our customer requirements. New initiatives like Honda Café, single window shopping, highly experienced staff, fully automized washing machines (for zero washing complains), latest machineries and equipment, etc. are some of the few examples for achieving customer delight.

Being a customer centric business, we have centralized Call Centre department to cater all kinds of needs of our valuable customers through Sales and Service Feedback. To ensure preciseness, this exercise is religiously monitored through scores of Sales Satisfactions and After Sales Satisfaction in coordination with respective HODs.

To carve a “Unique Buying Experience”, a ceremonial ritual is performed in presence of Sales Consultants, Sales Quality Manager and HODs. As a Honda Car lover, home-made chocolate box is provided to customer and the moment of delivery is captured in a photo frame so that moment of driving the dream car can be cherished.

As a part of customer relationship management, birthday cake cutting is organized and party flowers are shot on customer’s birthday during the ceremonial delivery process.
